A NOTE FROM FATHER CHRIS
Dear Friends,
This weekend we celebrate the 26th Sunday of Ordinary Time. Saint Paul gives us a powerful challenge in today’s second reading to the Philippians, “Do nothing out selfishness or out of vainglory; rather, humbly regard others as more important than yourselves, each looking out not for his own interests, but also for those of others. Have in you the same attitude that is also in Christ Jesus. ” Philippians 2:3-5
This week there will be no Tuesday, 8:30 am Mass at St. Mary’s as I will be attending the Archdiocesan Priest Continuing Education meeting in Indianapolis.
